About This Role

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to manage warranty claims, goodwill, and extended services.
  • As a key member of our aftersales team, you will support multiple OEMs within our centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on warranty claims using OEM guidelines and local bulletins.
  • Prompt and accurate claim adjudication.
  • Supporting dealers with claim resolution, training, and timely responses to warranty-related queries.
  • Managing and submitting claims via designated systems; reconciling monthly OEM credit notes.
  • Assisting in policy reviews and system testing; supporting IT during upgrades and maintaining training materials.
  • Analysing and sharing data trends with technical teams; contributing to ACL case assessments and third-party repairer communications.
  • Enhancing customer experience by supporting escalations, providing PWA authorisations, and conducting warranty training sessions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience & Technical Skills: 3–5 years' warranty experience at dealership or OEM level; technical background preferred; strong Excel and SAP skills.
  • Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Core Competencies: Customer-centric, accountable, decisive, with strong planning, influencing, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Attention to Detail & Organisation: High level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
