Job Description:

As a Warranty Adjudicator, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving warranty claims in accordance with OEM guidelines and local bulletins. Your role will involve supporting multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within the Aftersales Centre of Excellence, providing opportunities for cross-training across brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on warranty claims using OEM guidelines and local bulletins; resolve claims promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with dealers to resolve claim issues, provide training, and respond to warranty-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage and submit claims through SAP or designated systems; reconcile monthly OEM credit notes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in policy reviews, system testing, and IT upgrades; maintain training materials to support the team's development.
  • Analyse data trends with technical teams; contribute to case assessments and third-party repairer communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance customer experience by supporting escalations, providing authorisations, and conducting warranty training sessions to promote continuous improvement.
About You:
  • Experience & Technical Skills: 3–5 years' warranty experience at dealership or OEM level; a technical background is preferred, with strong skills in Excel and SAP.
  • Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Core Competencies: Customer-centric, accountable, decisive, with strong planning, influencing, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Attention to Detail & Organisation: High accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
