Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced warranty claims professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our aftersales centre, you will be responsible for adjudicating warranty claims, goodwill, and extended claims per OEM policies.

  • You will support multiple OEMs, cross-train across brands, and provide excellent customer service to dealers and end-users.
  • Key responsibilities include advising on warranty claims using OEM guidelines, supporting claim resolution, managing and submitting claims via designated systems, and reconciling monthly OEM credit notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3–5 years' experience in warranty management at dealership or OEM level; technical background preferred;
  • Strong Excel and SAP skills with ability to manage competing priorities effectively;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Customer-centric, accountable, decisive, with strong planning, influencing, negotiation, and business acumen.
