**About the Role**

Based in BYD's Sydney office, this role will report to the Director of the Aftersales team in Australia and work closely with the Aftersales Team in the APAC region.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Adjudicate warranty claims and pre-work authorization.
- Monitor and Report vehicle failure trends and dealer service operation issues through Business intelligence tools, flag areas of improvement, and provide feedback.
- Manage on-claims to suppliers & and follow-ups to achieve desired outcomes for both the business & and customers.
- Support Aftersales team on Recall & Service Campaign management.

Lead the continuous development of Warranty policy and guidelines.
- Assist with the development of the Dealer Management System & and claim system.
- Support Aftersales Operations Manager in ad-hoc complex warranty topics and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Strong experience within insurance, claims, warranties, or after-sales environments would be preferred.
- Sound understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, systems, and BI tools are preferred.
- Full work rights in Australia.
