The Director, Service Transformation will lead, manage and direct a small high-powered team that undertakes, coordinates and provides oversight of integrated strategic and operational initiatives to facilitate complex service-wide improvements in Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).
Key Responsibilities- Partner collaboratively with internal multidisciplinary teams at all levels within the health service, leveraging influence to drive accelerated growth while contributing to the deployment of Destination 2030 – Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
- Develop and manage large scale complex multi-disciplinary multi-partner projects to completion, including writing reports and preparing project briefs.
- Lead, teach, train and facilitate practice-based clinicians from multiple disciplines.
- Apply high level analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and issues, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Mandatory qualification: Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification or extensive experience in project, program or change management would be well regarded.
- Proven experience in the development and management of large scale complex multi-disciplinary multi-partner projects to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership, teaching and training and practical facilitator skills.
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to proactively identify and manage risks and issues and the ability to challenge issues constructively and recommend innovative solutions.
- Total remuneration value of up to $15,182 p.m.
