Lead Educational Excellence at Goodstart Early Learning

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Rockhampton. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that every child receives a high-quality early learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs, deepening their understanding of child development and early years content.
  • Champion Excellence: Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, leading transformative changes and promoting excellence in educational practice.
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Work closely with the centre leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of every child.

  • Competitive Salary: Paid on par with state primary school teachers (if you hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent).

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Experience: Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with previous experience leading change in education.
