Pay: $60.00 per hour (depending on Qualification & Exp) + Super + Benefits

About the Role:

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll play a key role in shaping the educational experience for children. You'll work closely with the centre leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of every child. Your expertise in early childhood education will guide the team in creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check or Exemption Card
