We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical leader to join our team as a Director of Medical Services. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence and innovation across our 4 hospital facilities.
About the Role
- Lead and manage medical services, including clinical practice, communication, and teamwork.
- Provide expert advice on complex clinical, medico-legal, ethical, and operational challenges.
- Work closely with the executive team to manage medical services, grow and mentor teams, and drive quality improvement and patient safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Selection Criteria
- A compassionate and driven leader with FACRRM or FRACGP or fellowship of another appropriate Australian specialist college.
- Leadership experience in medical services, especially in rural settings.
- A passion for building strong, high-performing teams.
- A commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
