Strategic Business Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Liaison to join our Employment & Training team.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to make a positive impact and work in a remote setting.

The Strategic Business Liaison will be responsible for understanding service partners' business requirements, providing strategic support, and fostering strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Lead to operationalise data into defined strategies
  • Understand service partners' businesses and serve as their main point of contact, working consultatively to improve performance
  • Foster ongoing relationships with employers and stakeholders
  • Participate on project teams, plan and deliver community of practice events, and attend networking and industry events supporting CoAct initiatives
  • Run regular Business Partner sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting roles
  • Familiarity with the Disability Employment Services sector, Workforce Australia or other Commonwealth Employment contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders
