Job Title:

Executive Support Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic liaison to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Executive Committee.

  • Act as a confident communicator, managing confidential matters, driving key initiatives, and ensuring the smooth running of executive functions.
  • Partner closely with the Business Manager to support executive priorities and operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications and incoming requests with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Draft and coordinate briefing notes, reports, and presentations that drive impact.
  • Identify critical issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Build relationships across the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Lead projects that align with our CEO's strategic agenda from concept to completion.
  • Support the design and delivery of executive meetings, conferences, and special events.
Requirements:

Proactive, adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills are required. Experience working in fast-paced environments is essential.
