The National Liaison Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive strategic policy initiatives in the national context.
Job SummaryThis role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level quality advice and support to senior executives on organisational issues in the national context.
- Represent the division and manage liaison and coordination with stakeholders in the development and delivery of strategic policy in the national context.
- Lead the effective management of staff, functions and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Foster partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders to negotiate outcomes that support the achievement of expected service delivery outcomes.
- Provide high-level strategic direction in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of business strategies and initiatives in the national context.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in government policy, criminology, and/or inter-jurisdictional engagement will be highly desirable.
