About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Senior Strategic Liaison Officer to join our fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders and delivering strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake high-level projects, analysis, and research on priority issues working closely with stakeholders.
  • Support senior leaders with internal and external communications, as well as preparing for briefings and meetings.
  • Contribute to the development, roll-out, and tracking of business plans with a focus on engagement and achievement of milestones and KPIs.
  • Provide strategic insights and temperature checks on people and mood across the organization, and lead initiatives that address and improve team engagement, health, and welfare.
  • Effectively coordinate senior executive meetings, including coordination of attendees, guests, distribution of agendas, follow-up actions, reports, and submissions.
