We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Culture and Development Catalyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing strategies that embed our desired culture across the organisation.

About the Role:

  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement organisational development initiatives that drive positive cultural change.
  • With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you will analyse trends and develop insights to inform our cultural strategy.
  • As a results-orientated leader, you will be responsible for delivering against key performance indicators and measuring the impact of your initiatives.
  • Your expertise in facilitation and coaching will enable you to support leaders and employees in embedding our cultural values.
  • You will also lead targeted programs of work within key transformation initiatives to drive necessary cultural shifts.

About You:

  • With a background in organisational psychology or a related field, you possess a deep understanding of human behaviour and motivation.
  • You have experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives that drive lasting behavioural change.
  • As a strategic thinker, you are able to translate complex concepts into actionable plans and programmes.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are a role model of our company's values and principles.

  • A salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
