We are seeking an Tech Innovation Catalyst to join our elite team at Careerlink People Solutions in Adelaide's Lot Fourteen precinct.

This is a unique opportunity to align yourself with a group of unconstrained thinkers, entrepreneurs, pioneers, and builders who challenge each other to be the best version of themselves.

You will operate like a co-founder in a technology-focused start-up, taking ownership of the stakeholder validation process, activities, and content.

  • Determine market opportunity, competitive landscape, and the pathway to executing on innovative ideas
  • Find and reach out to industry experts and synthesise their input
About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience with various innovation frameworks and ideation methodologies, including design thinking, customer journeys, jobs to be done, business model canvas, and design sprints.

They will also possess strong analytical skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong sense of value.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Uncovering and validating entrepreneurial ideas with clients
  2. Owning the stakeholder validation process, activities, and content
  3. Determining market opportunity, competitive landscape, and the pathway to executing on ideas
  4. Finding and reaching out to industry experts and synthesising their input
  5. Critically thinking through validation learnings and providing continuous feedback to the team
  6. Establishing productive working relationships with other members of the Idea Validation Squad
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with various innovation frameworks and ideation methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesise, analyse, and deliver data and insights toward specific themes
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to ensure that all interactions with internal and external stakeholders are effective and enjoyable

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
