About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office) and access to a range of benefits including 'Stay Connected Mobile', 'Stay Connected NBN', 'Your Leave', and Corporate Partner Discounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick enabling TPG Telecom's long-term ambitions. They will be a data-driven & adaptable leader who can drive outcomes in an ambiguous fast-paced environment.

You will work collaboratively with others responsible across key change levers including leadership, strategy, process improvement, and employee experience/lifecycle to ensure culture is embedded across all touchpoints.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of delivering desired outcomes in organisational culture.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills – able to work collaboratively with others and influence for positive change.
  • Facilitation experience.
  • Results-orientated with a focus on achieving business objectives.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience.
