
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to support our community services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality administrative support, managing office administration tasks, handling enquiries and correspondence, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package including salary packaging options and employee discounts.
About the Role- Initial point of contact for stakeholders, handling enquiries and correspondence.
- Manage office administration tasks including reception, data entry, filing, archiving, mail, and petty cash.
- Support recruitment processes including onboarding, training coordination, and performance appraisal.
- Maintain accurate records including rostering, NDIS billing, and payroll functions.
- Provide IT support and assist with system training for new staff.
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in community or health services.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and confident data management abilities.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines independently and within a team.
- A valid QLD Driver's license and a valid, or ability to successfully apply for, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card.
