Job Overview:

This key role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR officer or administrator position, with knowledge of HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc. They will also have a strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

In this capacity, you will work closely with the intake and asset management teams to ensure all employee needs are met from an access and equipment perspective. You will also support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and review employment and working conditions and rates to ensure legal compliance.

To succeed in this position, you will need outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field is essential, with further training being a plus.

Responsibilities:
