Employment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employment Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong relationship building, problem-solving and goal setting skills. You will work one-on-one with customers to identify their strengths, remove barriers and guide them through tailored action plans towards becoming job ready.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to provide guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout their employment journey.
  • Identify customer goals, strengths and challenges and create targeted action plans to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments to determine readiness for employment and identify training or support needs.
  • Celebrate customer milestones and successes to keep motivation high.
  • Collaborate with employers, community organisations and industry partners to create and maintain opportunities for employment.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to team discussions, share insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
