Job Summary
BESIX Watpac is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Qld construction team, working on the large-scale Ipswich Hospital Expansion project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received.
- Control all project documentation using industry-standard systems.
- Assist with QA coordination and document control, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with the project QA plan.
- Ensure compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures.
- Provide general project administration support to the team as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar industry.
- Strong administrative skills, including preparation of general correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Intermediate level of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
- High level of organisational and time management skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
