Document Coordinator

Job Overview
BESIX Watpac is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our Qld construction team on the Ipswich Hospital Expansion project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, including logging, distribution, filing, and archiving.
- Control project documentation using industry-standard systems, ensuring compliance with the project QA plan.
- Assist with QA coordination and document control.
- Provide general project administration support to the team.
- Prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the building and construction industry or a similar field.
- Strong administrative skills, including document control, minute taking, and office management.
- Intermediate level of MS Office skills and ability to learn new software packages.
- High level of organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Aconex is highly desirable.
