Job Description:

The role of a Strategic People Operations Specialist is to drive business objectives through effective people solutions by supporting the Senior Leadership Team and National HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national and state people strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on HR matters
  • Lead and drive initiatives to support talent, capability, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering
  • Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
