This role encompasses various disciplines including welcoming clients, answering calls and supporting client engagement.

  • Welcoming clients and providing a smooth experience upon arrival and departure.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Supporting client engagement through meeting room coordination, technology setup and event organization.
  • Assisting with the management and maintenance of in-house technology.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Customer Service/Concierge experience in a similar office environment or a premium service setting.
  • Proficiency in setting up meeting room technology.
  • Experience managing phone systems and multiple meeting room calendars.
  • Polished personal presentation is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
