The role of Guest Service Agent involves creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering seamless transactions and anticipating every request to make our guests feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests warmly, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone, providing personalized service.
- Efficiently manage payments for guest bookings, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Anticipate and meet guests' needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to enhance their stay.
- Serve as the trusted contact, providing information on local attractions and public transport.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, exceeding expectations to deliver memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills to handle concerns, compliments, and be approachable to guests.
- Ability to think critically and provide guests with solutions and information, especially for those new to the area.
- Tech savvy with good grasp of common PC software and ability to quickly learn hotel-specific software.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts on a rotating roster, mostly between 7am - 11pm, over 7 days a week, and assist with overnight shifts when needed.
