Job Overview

The role of Guest Service Agent involves creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering seamless transactions and anticipating every request to make our guests feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
  • Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone, providing personalized service.
  • Efficiently manage payments for guest bookings, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Serve as the trusted contact, providing information on local attractions and public transport.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, exceeding expectations to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to handle concerns, compliments, and be approachable to guests.
  • Ability to think critically and provide guests with solutions and information, especially for those new to the area.
  • Tech savvy with good grasp of common PC software and ability to quickly learn hotel-specific software.
  • Flexibility to work part-time shifts on a rotating roster, mostly between 7am - 11pm, over 7 days a week, and assist with overnight shifts when needed.
