Job Opportunity: Oshc Coordinator

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program. This includes coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups, managing administrative tasks, and leading a team of OSHC educators to plan and implement high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of children and staff at all times
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Framework for School Aged Care
  • Lead a team of OSHC educators to assess and review programs
  • Assist the Director with administration and promotion of the centre

Requirements:

  • ACECQA Approved Diploma Qualification (or working towards qualification)
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Effective communication skills
  • Warm personality

Desirable:

  • National Police Check (valid within the past 6 months)
  • Any additional certificates, e.g. First Aid / CPR
