OSHC Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate program coordinator to join our team, providing before and after school care for children at a local primary school.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations of an Outside School Hours Care service, with a focus on delivering high-quality activities that promote learning and development for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years
  • Supervise and support children during before and after school care sessions
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options to meet dietary requirements
  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical development
  • Build relationships with colleagues, families, school leaders, and the wider community

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
