**Program Coordinator**
- Fixed term full-time opportunity, 76 hours per fortnight

**The opportunity**

The Digital Services team is embarking on a major program of work to update our core operational systems. The volume of activity requires the appointment of a Program Coordinator to support the governance and project administration activities of the program. This has created an internal opportunity for anyone interested in gaining project experience in a significant program of work.

**Key responsibilities**

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist Project Managers to establish the project:

- Create project folders and templates
- Support stakeholder engagement and risk identification activities
- Support project planning activities

Coordinate and attend project meetings including:

- Agenda preparation
- Meeting invitations and scheduling
- Prepare and publish minutes and actions

Assist Project Managers to monitor and maintain project artefacts including:

- Project schedules
- Risk and Issues registers
- Action registers
- Expense administration and reporting
- Project status reports/ dashboards including budget and schedule
- Carry out project tasks as delegated according to the project schedule.

**About you**
- Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of Silver Chain
- Familiarity with MS Office products including Word, Power Point and Excel
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a client centred focus
- Able to engage at all levels of the organisation
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Independent with strong problem-solving skills
- Working in and with project teams in a similar role, desirable
- Understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Prince2), desirable
- Experience with project scheduling tools, desirable
