Claims Service Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Service Officer to join our dynamic team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a key member of our Claims Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving claims in a timely manner.
- Interpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Process claims to achieve successful outcomes for RAA and our members, meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing empathetic and professional support throughout the claims process.
We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in the insurance industry and call centre environment is highly regarded, but not essential.
