About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Service Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a Claims Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members lodging and managing new claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent member service
  • Interpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims
  • Process claims to achieve successful claim outcomes for RAA and our members
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation codes and company policies
  • Achieve set KPIs and quality targets consistently
About You

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You should have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills. Experience in the insurance industry and call centre experience are highly regarded but not essential.
