About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for managing home claims and providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process claims and associated administration
  • Provide outstanding service to our members
  • Interpret and apply policy conditions to settle claims
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Investigators and Solicitors
  • Able to achieve set KPI's and quality targets consistently
About You

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community and want to make a difference. To be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • Home and/or motor or similar claims experience is preferred
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The empathy to deal with customers who have suffered loss
  • A positive can-do attitude and team ethos
  • Intermediate PC skills, and experience with Insurance based systems.
