About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Service Officer to join our dynamic team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a key member of our Claims Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving claims in a timely manner.
  • Interpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Process claims to achieve successful outcomes for RAA and our members, meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution.
About You

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in the insurance industry and call centre environment is highly regarded, but not essential.
