About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Service Officer to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. As a Claims Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members lodging and managing new claims, providing exceptional support and service to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent member service and support
  • Interpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims
  • Process claims to achieve successful claim outcomes for RAA and our members
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation and company policies
  • Meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality targets
Requirements
  • Confident and passionate individual with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the insurance industry or call centre environment is highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent support to colleagues
