Business Development Director

As a Business Development Director, you will play a key role in steering our growth strategy and elevating our commitment to providing unparalleled solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities include driving new business initiatives, strengthening key relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
You will be responsible for leading a team of sales, business development managers, and bidding professionals, collaborating with leaders across the Education department.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a business development context.
- Strategic acumen, with the ability to develop and execute clear, effective strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of public sector operations, particularly in Government, Healthcare, or Education.
- Sales expertise, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes, particularly with SaaS solutions.
- Relationship building skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinking, with strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
