Concierge Officer Job Description

We are seeking experienced individuals to step into a clinic based role. This team provides on the ground support to internal and external stakeholders, responsible for providing a positive and proactive service to all from initial query, to service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, driven to succeed, and thrive on customer service. They must have the ability to build and develop good working relationships and manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively allocating referrals to ensure that NDIS participants are provided appropriate services promptly
  • Working closely with all NDIS stakeholders to convert enquiries to referrals whilst maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Providing guidance, support and advice to Participants and others regarding our services and the broader scheme
  • Collaborating with operational staff and leaders to ensure a positive intake and service delivery experience

A sound understanding of person-centered thinking, the principles of the NDIS and the National Disability Service Standards is required, along with experience working within the NDIS and/or disability sector. Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience delivering high quality, individually tailored service are also essential.
