**Job Description:**

We are experiencing significant growth. We seek experienced Officers for roles, providing support and positive service to stakeholders and participants.

Key responsibilities include:

- Allocating referrals efficiently and effectively to ensure timely delivery

- Collaborating with stakeholders to convert enquiries into referrals while maintaining exceptional customer service

- Providing guidance, support, and advice on services and the NDIS scheme

- Managing new and existing funding requests

- Offering high-quality advice to participants navigating the NDIS

- Maintaining robust case management activity and documenting progress and interactions

Required skills and experience:

- Strong understanding of person-centered thinking, NDIS principles, and National Disability Service Standards

- Experience in intake or similar roles (desirable)

- Case management or related experience

- Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience

- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
