Client Intake Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Intake Specialist.

  • This critical role involves analysing client support needs, confirming functional capability and ensuring staff have appropriate training to meet specific requirements.
  • As a key member of our team, you will provide a customer-centric experience in line with our values and behaviours, managing day-to-day relationships with clients, their families and external referral organisations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NDIS and disability sector, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to analyse and interpret complex disability assessments.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Services and a minimum of 4 years' experience in the community services sector. You will also have experience analysing support needs and creating comprehensive assessments to maximise funding opportunities.

Additionally, you will hold or be willing to obtain relevant working with children and disability checks, as well as an open driver's license with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
