Your role involves coordinating the maintenance and development of HR systems, ensuring they function efficiently and are configured in line with business requirements, compliance standards and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to ensure day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leads to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement and modify HR processes and procedures in line with system configuration changes.
  • Actively source system solutions based on industry best practice that delivers real value for the organisation.
  • Coordinate the delivery and ongoing monitoring of HR system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client and system compliance requirements are met.
  • Drive and manage the deployment & testing of HR system enhancements, upgrades and feature releases; liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Remain current on all principles, trends and legislative framework regarding HR matters - and ensure that the system meets compliance standards, legislative standards and best practice.
  • Support the delivery of accurate data for audit purposes to internal and external stakeholders within deadline.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of operational HR procedures, related activities and their relationships to systems and system design with demonstrated technical experience with large Payroll/HR/ERP systems in high volume contexts.
