About The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary contract, working full-time Monday to Friday. This is a broad HR role supporting a high-volume mobilisation period, with a mix of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, gaining valuable hands-on exposure across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate HR advice, guidance, and support to the business
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner with general HR administration tasks
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate management, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors and employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
- Coordinate activities across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, training, performance management, and exit)
- Assist with developing and updating policies, procedures, and practices
- Support people initiatives including health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, and workplace culture
- Manage HR systems and data, including preparation of monthly HR metrics
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes
- Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the business
- Relevant tertiary degree or similar
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
