HR Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building a career in human resources and contributing to a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably within fast-paced or complex environments. They will be confident with HR systems and tools, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and an excellent communicator with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting contracts, preparing employee change letters, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit checklists.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements.
  • Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Assisting with training sessions, tracking attendance, and updating the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Supporting internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
  • Assisting with policy implementation and communication.
  • General enquiries: Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and escalating where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (e.g. Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
  • Experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally within fast-paced or complex environments.
  • Confidence with HR systems and tools (e.g. HR Information Systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicators with a proactive mindset.
  • Passionate about building a career in HR and contributing to a positive employee experience.
