Job Description

As a key member of our HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR support, systems or coordinator roles, with hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems: ELMO, PageUp, PayGlobal/Paymate, and Dayforce.

Strong understanding of HR processes and how they interact with HR systems is essential. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics tools is also required.

  • Manage system configurations, user permissions, workflow automation, and system upgrades.
  • Support key HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, learning & development, performance reviews, payroll, and benefits administration via relevant platforms.
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR metrics and business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR support, systems or coordinator role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems: ELMO, PageUp, PayGlobal/Paymate, and Dayforce.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they interact with HR systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
