Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment as an HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will have experience in HR coordination or administration and hold a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting employment contracts and preparing employee change notifications.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new starters and delivering inductions.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems with employee data and leave records.
  • Posting job advertisements and screening applications.
  • Liaising with hiring managers and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting training sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Assisting with internal communications and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR coordination or administration.
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Confident use of HR systems and tools.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach.
