Job Description As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain our HR systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights to support our people and organization. Your expertise in system administration and maintenance will be crucial in configuring, testing, and maintaining our HRIS platforms. Additionally, you will lead and support system implementation and enhancement projects, as well as manage user access, permissions, and security protocols. Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and maintain HRIS platforms.
  • Lead and support system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols.
  • Perform regular audits and data cleansing.
  • Support users and systems with data migrations during system upgrades and transitions.
  • Build Power BI dashboards and generate reports for HR metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and propose tech-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Elmo, etc.).
  • Qualifications in Data Science, Systems Management, or Human Resources desirable.
  • A strong grasp of system integrations, data flows, and visualization tools.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills (Power BI or similar).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
