Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Government and Defence team as a Case Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting relocation initiatives for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families.

  • About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience in case management or a similar field.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interpret policy and legislation, and possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to ADF members and their families, ensuring that all relocation requirements are met and benefits and entitlements are administered in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You Will Need:

  • Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.

  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation, including relocation policies and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
