At Toll Group, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Relocation Specialist.

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting relocation initiatives by serving as the primary point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families during their relocation across Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional end-to-end relocation experiences to ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
  • Effective expectation management to ensure members and their families have a clear understanding of service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Proactive administration of defence relocation policies and entitlements to guarantee that benefits and entitlements align with policy and client key performance indicators.
  • Responding to routine telephone and email inquiries.

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in case management is advantageous.
  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
