Relocation Expert

At Kent, we understand the importance of customer service in relocation. With a growing demand for our services, we're looking for a highly skilled Relocation Coordinator to join our team.


About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time fixed term contract for 4 months, working from home, you'll be responsible for coordinating relocations across the country and globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless relocation experiences.
  • Manage client requests, respond to issues, and handle escalations with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Accurately enter client details into our state-of-the-art IT platform.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. Our comprehensive induction and 2-week training program will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.
