Relocation Specialist

This role focuses on delivering relocation services to members of the Australian Defence Force and their families. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional case management, ensuring compliance with policy, advocating for clients, and resolving escalation issues.
Key duties involve managing client expectations, administering defence relocation policy and entitlements, and responding to routine inquiries from clients.
Advantageous skills include prior experience in case management, interpretation of policy and legislation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this position.
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team environment with flexible work options and full training provided.
Office location: Edward St Brisbane - close to public transport.
