Relocation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Relocation Specialist to support the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret policy and legislation.
">Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end relocation services to ADF members and their families through effective case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
Provide proactive administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements, respond to routine telephone and email enquiries, and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Mandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
