Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our Government & Defence team, you will play a vital role in supporting relocation initiatives for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality end-to-end relocation services, ensuring that ADF Members experience a superior relocation process. You will be responsible for managing relocation policies, advocating for clients, and resolving escalations in a timely manner.

You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in case management or a related field
  • Ability to interpret policy and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
