About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to relocating ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relocation Experience Management: Deliver exceptional relocation services ensuring clients meet their goals and objectives.
  • Policy Compliance: Proactively administer Defence relocation policy & entitlements, guaranteeing benefits and entitlements align with policy and client KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
About You:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in case management or a similar field would be advantageous.
  • The ability to interpret policy and legislation is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
