Workday Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can drive business outcomes and make a meaningful impact.

As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for advising management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. You will also communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services.

In addition, you will implement and improve HR policies, technology, and initiatives to drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills. You should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Workday software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design: Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
