Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. This key role is critical to the success of our large transformation project, which aims to deliver targeted training programs and evaluate the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes.
This specialist will define the training approach and support the development and delivery of training as required.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering training programs that meet business objectives.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Designing and implementing change management strategies to mitigate resistance to change.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
